I don't know how far I'm into this game yet, but my only complaint is that important non dialogue sounds need subtitles too. When a phone or door bell rings show it in the text box. Same with knocking on doors etc. All sounds and noises like that. It's kinda annoying when someone reacts to a sound that isn't indicated to us the player
Hello I would like to know what kind of programs you use by side Honey Select 2 because and renpy I like to try to achieve something for myself . I have no experience with this kind of work but I really like to increase my own skills in leaning by doing a short story ☺️

I use Studio Neo V2 (which is from the same developers as Honey Select) to model the characters and create the animations. I do almost everything from there. Hope this helps!
It kind of depends on how much time I'm able to spend on working on the game. But I try to release an update within two month after the previous release.
Love the game man! A few things: When you get the chance to spy on anyone, it's misspelled as "take a peak" when it should be "take a peek". There's also a choice you can do where it says "Alice liked that" but the A in "Alice" is lowercase.
Just a few misspellings, nothing too major!
Another thing I was wondering: is there a way to download the music files that play in this game? Not gonna use them, they just sound cool!
Just finished the update and it was awesome! the mystery and books remind me of onceinalifetime, another amazing game by an amazing creator. if this game continues on this path, then im extremely excited to see whats in store for us to discover next. i havent played too many new games, ive just been sticking to my favourite few, but im really glad i tried this one. the characters are interesting, cute, funny and overall really nice. the dialogue is funny, serious when it should be and really well done too! i love a game with a mysterious story and this one seems awesome so far, keep going! :)

I'm assuming you're playing on android. Wasn't aware that there was no hide dialogue option added automatically so I'll look into adding that for the next update. Thank you for the heads up and I'm glad you liked the game!

I'm just scrolling through nsfw vn since I finished almost everything from an established developers and saw this, I must say the renders are on-par with the other devs that have the same art style as this. I just hope this gets more attention so it won't end up like other games I saw that gets abandoned. The story is pretty interesting too, Keep up the goodwork, if I have the penny I could've joined your patreon to show my support but I'm just a mere student. And I saw your comment that the game is a bit quick but I can't believe how good it is.

While I never will make a claim I speak for everyone, I will speak for myself. You look and sound like an ambitious newcomer to the "scene". One of the types that I personally love to endorse and support. Saying that, I know how hard it can be, eventually, if you don't have a proper work flow.
Most creators start at a certain point with sharing their creations. Generally they either have to study or work at the same time when they get to it. Thinking that if they turn their passion into work with a feasible income, they can quit their less attractive day job. It is in this period of time, this season of trial that most creators are broken. Their original pieces of art garner a lot of attention and support, the pressure building, dripping and gripping tighter. Expectations start to pile up and juggling work/studies, family and your passion becomes tiresome and hard. You soon start to prioritise and generally in the wrong kind of way. Maybe a year or more into a project that has a plausible fanbase and you start to feel the cracks. Your passion has turned into toxic stress and what was once your loved creation, has turned into a constant reminder of how easy it is to fail if you allow yourself to share it with anyone that might expect more.
My advice is, plan ahead. Make a feasible work flow that works for you. Alter it, and modify it so your other parts of your life are easier to handle.
Why should I care? Well honestly I shouldn't. But I'm personally suffering my umpteenth burnout because I keep making the same mistakes. My issue is that I'm predisposed to stress, but I still love creating characters and worlds and sharing it with my base.
The short gist of it all. Please take care of your mind and body, especially your mind, because it is in that beautiful mind that you create these memorable stories into slices of life. From one creator to another - take care :)

Right now I feel like I have a good balance between this game and the rest of my life. I only work on this game when I have finished all other important things I have to do. And yeah, I spend all my spare time on this game, but that's because I haven't been this passionate about something for a long time. But you're right that it's super important to keep a balance in your life, and your comment is a good reminder that I need to keep my priorities right. Besides a few wording errors which are honestly minor, I enjoyed it so far for what it is! Maybe sometime after you work on the next few parts you can go back and maybe add some more scenes or parts to the beginning as it did seem to progress pretty fast, unless that's what you've intended to do than by all means don't listen to me lol. But so far Its honestly really nice and I can't wait to see what you got in store for the next version! Keep up the good work!!

For me, it seems that Patreon is blocked in my country. i.e. When I used a proxy site it worked. So try that (or a vpn)
